Connected. Collaborative. Creative.
As a 2nd-generation Arizona native and commercial real estate professional, I love helping businesses, property owners, and investors find opportunities to grow. From buying and selling to leasing, relocation, and expansion, I work alongside a team of experienced commercial professionals at West USA Realty Commercial Division serving clients across the great state of Arizona.
Having called Peoria home for more than 25 years, I’m especially passionate about the growth and development of the Northwest Valley. In addition to real estate, I have over 25+ years of experience in strategic consulting, marketing, and business development bringing a unique perspective to helping clients achieve their goals.
Community involvement has always been important to me. As a graduate of the Peoria Leadership Institute and Peoria Police Citizens Academy, and currently serve on the Peoria Citizens Bond Advisory Committee. I’ve spent years building relationships with business, civic, and government leaders while staying actively engaged in the future of our community.
I also love using social media to spotlight and support local small businesses, sharing their stories, celebrating their successes, and helping connect them with the community. Whether through real estate, community involvement, or music, what I enjoy most is connecting people, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the community I love.

About Me
On a personal note…
I’ve been married to my husband Dominic for 20 years, and we have two wonderful adult children, and am excited to welcome our first grandbaby! Music has always been a huge part of our family’s life.
I love singing at church and Christian conferences, have produced music with my son, and enjoy performing with bands, including as the lead female vocalist for the 17-piece Forever Young Big Band. I’m also honored to travel throughout Arizona singing the National Anthem at patriotic and community events.
When I’m not working or singing, I love hiking, spending time outdoors, and traveling. I’m passionate about serving my community through local government, grassroots organizing, and my current role on Peoria’s Citizen Bond Advisory Committee. I also enjoy using social media to spotlight local small businesses, share their stories, and connect them with the community.
At the heart of it all, I love bringing people together, building relationships, and making a positive difference wherever I can!

Lori has been an invaluable resource for both my personal real estate needs and our firm’s commercial expansion efforts. She has been an invaluable partner and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
On the personal side, Lori sold our private residence in Peoria, AZ in just 10 days for full asking price with a cash buyer. What made this even more impressive was that there were three nearly identical homes on the same street that had been sitting on the market for several months. Her strategic approach, market knowledge, and negotiation skills produced exceptional results.
Professionally, Lori has also helped our rapidly expanding law firm secure two separate commercial leases. In the East Valley, we faced a significant challenge because there were virtually no available properties that fit our demographic and business needs. Lori thought outside the box, leveraged her relationships and expertise, and found us an incredible location we otherwise would never have known existed.
She then helped us secure a second location in the West Valley that checked every box on our wish list—and then some.
Lori’s experience, creativity, responsiveness, and dedication to her clients truly set her apart. Whether you’re buying, selling, or searching for commercial space, she is the kind of professional you want in your corner. I highly recommend Lori and look forward to working with her again as our firm continues to grow.
